Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Payroll/ Mobility (HR Operations) 

  • Checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards
  • Ensure the payroll systems are set up and updated to reflect current employee data and employee changes impacting payroll: new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, expatriate allowances, benefits, tax withholding, etc
  • Review and ensure accurate computation of pay in accordance with company policies and statutory (federal and state) regulations.
  • Prepare payroll reports and analysis for senior management
  • Hand on experience with MS-Excel and various reporting mechanism and analysis.
  • Monitored and review complete payroll accounts for verification of accuracy and in case of any discrepancies made appropriate corrections and updates
  • Prepare all payroll related activities including direct calculation of provident fund, gratuity, pension and leave encashment activities and coordinate with all the relevant authorities and internal teams for the same.
  • Ensure all statutory requirements of the organization are adhered
  • Total experience of 10
