Asset Coordinator

Responsible for the completion of all tasks associated with Physical Inventory at the Tier Location.  This includes all tasks associated with Planning for upcoming job, Asset Storage, Cycle Counts, Physical Audits and Handoff between Assets and Customers internal/external.  Works directly with Local Asset Supervisor or Manager.  Considered a subject matter expert within the functional team.



  • Completes Bill of Lading for CP, Frac, Wellhead Rental Tools equipment dispatch
  • Completes Sales Orders for CP, Frac, Wellhead Rental Tools Equipment Dispatch
  • Ensures all stages of Asset dispatch is correct
  • Ensures all Asset are kept organized in their respective areas
  • Ensures all staging and storage locations are clearly identified and marked appropriately
  • Performs cycle counts
  • Completes physical inventory audits as directed by Asser Supervisor/Manager
  • Plans upcoming jobs for Frac, CP, Wellhead Rental tools.

·         Gathers data on available asset for upcoming equipment requirements. Communicates with the Asset Supervisor/Manager to review and provide feedback on AFE’s during the approval process.

  • Complete transactions in SAP

·         Ships and secures inventory to other Tiers as necessary Identifies and develops solutions for complex problems through the application of proven and or new technologies and techniques.

·         Leads others in completing tasks in accordance with procedures and applicable codes and/or standards.

·         Process paperwork and arrange for transport through 3rd party provider.

·         Observes and demonstrates safety behaviors consistent with TechnipFMC Safety polices. Reports unsafe working conditions and behaviors per standard protocol. Takes reasonable and prudent actions to prevent others from engaging in unsafe acts.

·         Attends meetings as required by Operation managers.

·         Demonstrates accountability when asset support has not been met by local requirement. Ensures follow-up discussions are held with the asset Supervisor/Managers to guarantee the business has met the support needs and specified requirements. 

·         Responsible for the implementation of processes in relation to asset safeguarding.



·         High School diploma or equivalent

·         At least five years of related experience in warehouse and/or distribution operations

·         Solid understanding of MRP systems

·         Some cycle counting and inventory audit experience

·         Strong interpersonal skills to be able to interface with all levels of personnel across the organization and external customers

·         Ability to establish deadlines and manage priorities for self and others

·         Ability to identify a problem, obstacle, or opportunity and take action which addresses current and/or future problems or opportunities

·         Ability to facilitate and integrate between groups to solve problems and optimize processes.

·         Prior Surface Wellhead experience a plus





Spends approximately 40% of time in an office environment and 60% of working time with personnel in a warehouse and storage yard environment.  Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, exposure to vibration and working near moving mechanical parts can occur when working in a warehouse and/or storage yard environment.



Requires sitting, talking, hearing, using hands to manipulate with fingers, handle or feel, and reach.  Long periods of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching and navigating uneven surfaces.  May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
