FUNCTION

Within HRIS department, you are in charge of the reporting of social Data (ex : Headcount, Turnover, Leaves,  ……).

You are responsible for HR domain of internal & legal Reporting for TP France & EMIA

You are the single point of contact for producing “social data” within TP France HR function.
 
REPORTS TO  

You report to the Head of HRIS for Paris Operating  Center.


KEY MISSIONS
Your missions are the following:

  • Issue Headcount reporting (monthly, quarterly, by semester and annually) and legal statements related to this indicator;
  • Collect social data and proceed to a consolidation into the Group reporting tool;
  • Issue social HR reporting & ensure a follow up of social agreements & audits;
  • Prepare Headcount reporting to the workcouncils (CE/CCE);
  • Prepare on a monthly basis EMIA reporting for the Head of HR EMIA.
  • Propose way of improvement to streamline and automatize the different reports in close collaboration with Digital Transformation team.
 
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

Confidentiality;
Methodical, organized and reliable;
Ability to work in teams and in liaison with other services;
Strong skills in Xcel (Vlookup, Pivotable, macro…)
& PowerBI use; Knowledge of euHReka will be better.
 
PROFIL
Background :
Minimum 5-7 years spent within Data management function (HR,  Finance..)
Min Bac + 3-4
English : Operational level.
