Direct report of the Head of C&B POC, France, Technip France, your main mission consists of analyzing and ensuring a coherent remuneration system as well as its regulatory evolutions and a coordination of the company's remuneration policy.

You take part in missions dealing with all aspects of remuneration, within France scope, including:

• Conduct specific and transversal compensation simulations and impact studies (pay equity, vs French market trends, validation of salary scales and grids...)

• Respond to compensation surveys

• Ensure the application of company agreements in relation to remuneration

• Conduct positioning studies for our internal clients

• Ensure the competitiveness of the various externally proposed packages and guarantee the internal equity of the remuneration components

• Manage salary review campaigns and its process

• Analyze and optimize the compensation system and its various processes

• Contribute to the implementation of Group and Regional compensation systems

• Operate the remunerations intelligence

• Be the point of reference Remuneration of other HR partners and provide them with support

• Be proactive in the TPF human resources department and shed light on the evolution of compensation packages.


Working closely with the various HR departments, including HR Business Partners, Social Law and HRIS, is essential.


More generally, as a C & B expert, you participate in the collection, processing, analysis and synthesis of information and quantitative data that will allow your hierarchy and the HRD to guide its human resources policy.


Required profile

With a Bac +5, you have about 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in an industrial sector.


You have developed skills in statistics, applied mathematics, actuarial science, engineering / business schools and have knowledge of law and taxation for the various compensation and benefits systems in France.


You have a pronounced taste for numerical analysis and computer tools (Excel ...), and are digital oriented.


In addition, your ability to communicate (orally and in writing), to analyze and synthesize, as well as your rigor and adaptability will be essential assets to succeed in this position.





The work environment is important!


You join a multidisciplinary team and work in collaboration with the various services of the company and the Region (HR, Finance, IT ...), as well as the Group's HR relays in France.
