“TechnipFMC has been awarded in May 2019 a major Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract by Novatek and its partners for the Arctic LNG 2 project located in the Gydan peninsula in West Siberia, Russia.

This development consists of three liquefied natural gas (LNG) trains, each with a capacity of 6.6 Mtpa, which will be installed on three gravity-based structure platforms. At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won’t find anywhere else. We are looking for a Completion Manager based in China.

The Completion Manager is responsible for completion the Project Facilities to the final Owner. Its duty includes both the preparation and the physical execution of the Project completion activities. He is in charge to maintain the completion tools and ensure to keep up to date the system all along the project. Identify the system ready to move to the next completion phase. As completion manager, the role is to compile, monitor and follow-up on the punch list 

• Maintain and identify the scope of Project Milestones liaising with Company to verify content.
• Manage the production and completion of Completions documentation in line with the project milestones.
• Coordinate the Project Completions plans and schedules closely with all other Project departments.
• Structure a reporting network to inform all Project management team of the project status and highlight critical areas.
• Coordinate with engineering team to ensure that all relevant information is available at the time of System completion.
• Completion dossiers to client.
• Report project progress and highlight completion plan deviation.
• Define with the Commissioning manager the priority and completion scope.
• Ensure implementation, monitoring and update of punch list in Easyplant
• Managed the punch list and ensure the priorities are dealt with.
• Coordinate the Project Pre-commissioning plans and schedules closely with all other Project departments.
• Ensure timely availability of systems and sub-systems.
• Obtain all Completion certificates and acceptance documentation in a timely fashion.
• Follow up all pending items record from others disciplines (QA/QC, Engineering) (like open NCRs).

• More than 10 years in a similar job or Higher.
• Piping, Painting and Insulation Fabrication.
• Sub-decks Assembly
• English is obligatory
• Team Management
