Introduction to the Job
 

As a Cornerstone OnDemand Specialist, you will use your Knowledge and Experience with this premier SaaS tool to help your clients solve the most pressing issues in the learning function.

 
Job description
  • Business acumen and stakeholder management
  • Operations management with ITIL approach
  • Strong governance between internal stakeholders and external vendor partners
  • Represent HRIS Digital Learning Team on various internal and external forums
  • Processing and Quality checking
  • Updating and Creating events and sessions and roster mgmt.
  • Process reporting and training
  • Queue Allocation & Management
  • Update SOP and other process documents
  • Ensuring compliance of all internal policies
  • Process improvement
  • Providing timely updates to TL and onshore counterparts 
You are meant for this job if
  • Minimum 7-11 years’ experience in service industry (preferably HRO/HRIS)
  • Prior 'Expert' level experience in HR Operations with LMS tool like Corner-Stone (MUST)
  • Good communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Good business acumen to be able to transform business requirement into digital learning enabled technical solutions
  • Good experience in managing internal and external releases
  • Good experience in managing Change requests
  • Effective/Accurate and timely reporting skills
  • Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
  • Ability to multi task and should be a self-starter
  • Ability to handle difficult client situations and derive strategic solutions
