  1. JOB MAIN CHALLENGES (specific context, type of business, job complexity)                       
  • Integration of different type of systems to be able to provide accurate data for decisions making
  • Global support, handling 5 Regions, 10+ Categories with resources across the globe.
  • Communication with all different stakeholders

  1. JOB SCOPE                                        
  • Provide analytical support to Global and Regional Supply Chain Management for the TechnipFMC GSP organization (understand the data, understand deviations or “mismatch”, propose improvements etc.)
  • Prepare monthly report according to defined template for dedicated working area (overall GSP, GBU, RB, EMS Sub-Systems and Categories) focusing on;
    • Spend Analysis, including forecasting of Material Receipt, Cost Savings and Synergies
    • Supplier performance when it comes to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
    • Performance Metrics for GSP Organization (i.e efficiency rates)
  • Proactively look for ways to innovate and evolve our analysis to be best in class including but not limited to dashboard enhancements and predictive analysis
  • Present and report on agreed performance indicators and objectives and initiate individual and collective actions to improve where needed
  • Provide guideline to the GSP community on relevant Metrics / Key Performance Indicators
  • Interface with Systems in GSP and Digitalization, to look for improvements of how to present and report performance data for the Organization.
  • Lead team to be One Face to our Customers and deliver on our commitments
