Position Purpose

Overall operational management of the global End User Support & Delivery team and services.
Globally responsible for delivery of all IT service desk and request fulfilment/user administration services within TechnipFMC.
Leadership of End User Support & Delivery organisation (Team of 80+ personnel) part of IT End User Services organisation (EUS)
Operational management of managed service contracts.
Transformation and continual service improvement of End User Support & Delivery organisation. 
Support the ITLT and Infra & Operations management in delivery of defined goals and strategy.

Requirements of the Role

Graduate or equivalent experience in an IT leadership role in medium to large scale business.

ITIL V3 Certification

Experience in IT Customer Support or Service Management.

Previous management experience.

Experience working with multiple third-party outsourcing service providers

Experience of IT outsourcing

Previous Global Service Desk Management Experience

Experience with ITSM support tools – ServiceNow or similar e.g. Tivoli, Remedy etc
