Qualification Requirement:

University degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum fifteen years' prior experience in financial management including minimum five years in O&G as a Finance Manager; and minimum two years with TechnipFMC Group.

Job Purpose:

Controls financial data accuracy throughout accounting systems and applications used in the organization and is in charge of all statutory and management reporting. Leads the local financial results collection, consolidation and reporting as per the group's deadlines and requirements. Monitors the production of the financial results of the local entity, the annual external audit and the annual tax declaration and payment to Kuwait tax authority.

Drives the overall administration department, including office space management, vehicles fleet management, IT hardware and software needs and budget, travel arrangements (air tickets, hotels, visas) for business missions of personnel, overall cycle work visa/residencies/civil ID's/driving licenses/security gate passes for all employees and dependents, as well as project licenses/permits/consents such as insurances, bank guarantees, commercial license, tax card...etc.

Ensures the providing on demand adhoc financial managerial analysis, manages accounts receivables from client billing to collection follow up, manages payroll to all local contracts, in charge of interco optimization, and in charge to implement internal controls GOPS rules and compliance process with sponsors paymnts, also in charge of treasury activities and day to day cash management.
