Performs accounting duties requiring judgment and initiative. Position will ensure compliance with TechnipFMC financial standards specific to Percent of Completion project billing, A/P processing and working capital. Position will develop action plans necessary to remediate any internal control environmental breach within the scope of the position. Ability to analyze trends and/or deviations from standards and take necessary corrective actions.

• Validate billing milestones defined in customer contracts and ensure ERP system is aligned with customer contract. Understand what, when and how the billing needs to be performed according to the contract.
• Initiate the Letter of Credit process if contract requires a LC.
• Validate Hedge requirements for all incoming orders per Financial Standards in place
• Ensure compliance with TechnipFMC standards for Percent of Completion Project invoicing
• Develop strategies to collect and lead efforts to collect past due customer accounts.
• Lead review of working capital with senior management.
• Apply for/close sales tax numbers as well as complete sale tax returns as needed.
• Confirm intercompany payables/receivables with other TechnipFMC business units.
• Oversee A/P process for both the U.S. and U.K. offices.
• Review and analyze U.K. Payroll for compliance with TechnipFMC standards and confirm for processing.
• Draft supporting tax documentation needed to recover taxes paid or amounts withheld in foreign countries.
• Analyze, investigate and resolve internal control breakdowns specific to A/P, Receiving and Purchasing.
• Complete monthly analysis of working capital and support improvement initiatives.
• Complete Working Capital analysis used to forecast and budget of working capital projections.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent years of work experience.
• At least five years of related accounting experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP.
• Experience writing procedure and developing corrective actions.
• Experience reviewing Contracts terms and conditions.
• Experience working across business functions and varying levels of management.
• Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal skills necessary
• Ability to manage multiple projects as well as ability to set goals and priorities.
• Experience in Deltek Vision is a plus.
• Advanced excel skills
• Ability to manage conflict.
