Flow Testing Operator III

We are looking for an experienced Materials Coordinator who will help manage vendor contracts and commercial agreements as well as control the flow of all inventory and third-party services required for product delivery

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Responsible for personal safety
  • Support supervisor and crew with rig up, daily work activities and rig down
  • Ability to lead shift without shift without supervision
  • Ability to mentor and supervise Operator I & II
  • Complete LMS trainings pertaining to Operator III
  • Responsible for incident reporting, safety issues and participation in STOP work authority
  • Responsible to participate in JSA process, safety meetings and behavior based safety initiative
  • Responsible to track worked time in SAP by meeting reporting requirements and submitting by deadline on a bi-weekly basis
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Consistently demonstrate knowledge of all local and federal laws
  • Demonstrate knowledge of proper equipment use and maintenance
  • Demonstrate proper use of hand tools
  • Identify and report defective equipment
  • Practice good housekeeping skills on the jobsite and in the shop
  • Above average knowledge of Flow Testing Service’s principles
  • Above average knowledge of separation process
  • Demonstrate and train proper equipment use and maintenance
  • Demonstrate and train proper use of hand tools
  • Demonstrate knowledge of onsite fluids
  • Responsible to read gauges, monitor tank levels and flow rates in written and digital format
  • Working knowledge of FIRE
  • Contribute to the evaluation of project with supervisor
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
  • Run up to a 3 Well De-Sander Pad without supervision.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • More than 12-18 months preferred Production Testing Service’s experience
  • Operator must have a Driver’s License meets eligibility requirements of TechnipFMC driver’s points policy
  • Moving trailers, driving back and forth to the job site, moving forklifts around the shop and jobsites are required
  • Ability to follow directions and routines
  • Manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet project deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to recognize and resolve problems
  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to work 12 hours shifts (day and night) typically a 28 day on and 14 day off schedule
  • Willing and able to travel and work in other regions as the business requires
  • Adapt well to ever changing climate and operational conditions

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outdoor weather conditions including cold, hot, wet, and humid conditions.   Requires working near moving mechanical parts. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic/caustic chemicals. Minimal risk of electric shock.  Moderate to very loud noise levels. May require working with explosives (Wireline positions only). Appropriate PPE is provided and required.  

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  Standing; Walking; Ability to talk and hear; Use of arms and hands to reach, manipulate with fingers, handle, feel and/or lift no more than 50lbs; Ability to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, crawl;  Ability to see close distance, long distance, identify and distinguish colors, observe and area that can be seen up and down or left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point (peripheral), judge distances and spatial relationships, three-dimensional vision (depth perceptions), ability to adjust and focus.  Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
