Flow Testing Service Supervisor I

We are looking for an experienced Materials Coordinator who will help manage vendor contracts and commercial agreements as well as control the flow of all inventory and third-party services required for product delivery

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Flow Testing Services Supervisor I will work at wellsite locations by assisting with the rig up and rig down of Flow Testing Service’s equipment. Additionally, the Flow Testing Supervisor I will be required to test and monitor flowing wells, record data accurately and maintain a safe working environment, always.  The Flow Testing Operator will report to the Flow Testing Supervisor I. The Flow Testing Supervisor will be responsible to supervise operators reporting to him during nightshift. The Flow Testing Supervisor Services I maintains the duties of a lead Supervisor during night time operations on a flow testing wellsite.

 

  • Support supervisor / cross shift
  • The ability to lead shift without supervision
  • Supervise up to 3 crew members
  • Ability to relieve Flow Testing Services Supervisor II / III on lower profile wells (prior manager approval required)
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Consistently demonstrate knowledge of all local and federal laws
  • Ability to rig up and rig down
  • Extensive knowledge of testing principles
  • Extensive knowledge of separation process
  • Consistently perform proper equipment maintenance
  • Operate pressure tank equipment jobs
  • Operate wells up to 10,000psi (shut in pressure)
  • Operate sour wells
  • Operate multiple pieces of equipment on location during a job
  • Provide multiple services on location during jobs
  • Demonstrate knowledge of onsite fluids
  • Strong technical and mechanical abilities
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment
  • Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Create a proactive safety and service quality environment
  • Ensure that all Health, Safety, and Environment trainings are up to date
  • Responsible for personal safety
  • Responsible for Identifying and reporting safety issues
  • Responsible for Incident Management
  • Contribute to the evaluation of project with supervisor
  • Working knowledge of FIRE software
  • Communicate consistently and effectively with Flow Testing Supervisor II / III, Superintendent and Manager
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years demonstrated knowledge in Flow Testing operations
  • Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to follow directions and routines
  • Manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet project deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to work 12 hours shifts (day and night) on a 21/7 and / or a 28/14 days on / off schedule
  • Available to work scheduled “on” time in locations away from home base when business needs require support
  • Adapt well to ever changing climate and operational conditions
  • Operator must have a Driver’s License meets eligibility requirements of TechnipFMC drivers points policy 

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outdoor weather conditions including cold, hot, wet, and humid conditions.   Requires working near moving mechanical parts. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic/caustic chemicals. Minimal risk of electric shock.  Moderate to very loud noise levels. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.  

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  Standing; Walking; Ability to talk and hear; Use of arms and hands to reach, manipulate with fingers, handle, feel and/or lift no more than 50lbs; Ability to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, crawl;  Ability to see close distance, long distance, identify and distinguish colors, observe and area that can be seen up and down or left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point (peripheral), judge distances and spatial relationships, three-dimensional vision (depth perceptions), ability to adjust and focus.  Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
