Frac Flowback Supervisor

At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won’t find anywhere else.  Due to increased demand, we have immediate needs for experienced Frac Flowback Supervisors who can manage a Frac Site of up to 6 crew members without supervision.

 
Job description
 
  • You will manage a Frac Site of up to 6 crew members without supervision.
  • Perform effective and timely shift changes, identify, resolve, support crew and shift needs and mentor and train personnel.
  • Review and document employee performance
  • Ability to relieve Frac Operator on lower profile wells 
  • Support supervisor / cross shift
  • Consistently demonstrate knowledge of all local and federal laws
  • Rigging in and rigging out leadership and facilitation
  • Expert knowledge of Frac principles and separation process
  • Responsible for proper equipment performance and maintenance ensuring units are in safe and proper working condition
  • Expert ability and knowledge of operating wells up to 10,000psi (shut in pressure)
  • Expert ability and knowledge of operating sour wells
  • Proper management of onsite fluids and respect for environmental standards
  • Strong technical and mechanical abilities
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and maintain clean and working condition
  • Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment while Promoting a safe & quality work environment
  • Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment trainings are up to date
  • Responsible for Identifying and reporting safety issues, perform follow up as necessary
  • Responsible for Incident Management and reporting
  • Proper completion of safety paperwork daily
  • Contribute to the evaluation and communication of project with both client and manager
  • Working knowledge of electronic ticketing software
  • Establish and maintain communication with clients
  • Communicate consistently and effectively with Integrated Pad Supervisor / IPS and Service Manager
  • Financial accountability ensuring all chargeable items are accurately assigned to customer ticket(s)
  • Responsible for the daily reporting of costs to service manager
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
     
You are meant for this job if
  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Frac operations
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • 5+ years Frac service experience
  • 3+ years in a supervisory role (preferred)
  • Excellent leadership ability
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Above average computer skills with the flexibility to learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers   
  • Able to analyze and resolve problems 
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to consistently perform in a professional manner
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet each project deadline respectively
  • Consistently practice safe driving
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including away from home
  • Able to work proficiently in all weather conditions
  • Heavy lifting
  • Experience with remote greasing 
  • Experience with proper lifting and rigging techniques
