HR Assistant (m/w/d) 

 Continuously raise standards, Innovative, Solution-oriented

 

Your main tasks

  • You are responsible for the monthly payroll accounting
  • You create employment contracts, certificates and all personnel-relevant documents from entry to exit
  • You correspond with the authorities, health insurances and social insurance institutions
  • You maintain the time recording system
  • Create reports and statistics

 

You are meant for this job if 

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification
  • An additional qualification as a personnel clerk or personnel administrator would be desirable
  • You have already several years of practical experience in HR processing - ideally in a group environment -
  • You are familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP-HR
  • You enjoy working independently, carefully and in a structured manner
  • You are absolutely trustworthy and have a passion for human resources
  • Your good knowledge of English will help you in our international environment
