  • Minimum Qualification of a Diploma in Human Resource Management equivalent qualifications.
  • Relevant working experience – (2-3) years;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
  • PC literate routine user of Microsoft Office.


  1. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Leads an effective T&A and mobility process, to ensure the right talent is attracted and appointed to the vacant positions
  • within set timeframes
  • Liaises with Hiring Managers and HRBP to discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications and collect other relevant
  • information regarding new requisitions
  • Source the right candidates from our global internal talent pool, external job portals, career fairs, social and professional
  • networks
  • Shortlist appropriate candidates and validate their suitability for the role through pre-employment screening, behavioral
  • interview, validation of credentials and obtaining references
  • Communicates with applicants and candidates regarding consideration for employment, the specifics of the role, and job
  • offers.
  • Monitoring key T&A metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
