Are you our new HRIS Analyst - Malaysia Operations in TechnipFMC, Kuala Lumpur?

At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won’t find anywhere else. We are looking for a Document Controller who can join our multicultural team in Kuala Lumpur.


Job Purpose

  • Plans, develops, implements and supports Human Resources Information System (HRIS) applications.
  • Designs and presents training to human resources staff in the utilization and maintenance of existing technology resources, and the management of HR systems and procedures.

Main Accountabilities

  • Support planning, development and implementation of Human Resources Information Systems
  • Responsible for Malaysia HRIS data integrity
  • With the HRIS Manager, responsible for HRIS service delivery in Malaysia
  • Support ticket requests through ServiceNow for Level 1 HRIS support related to e.g.:
    • Access Request
    • Employee Profiles (Incorrect Data, Missing record)
  • Support various Talent Management campaigns in ensuring data e.g. reporting line setup, is accurate
  • Support various business and change requess related to HR systems, e.g. interfaces
  • Manage Taleo implementation in Malaysia
  • Support maintenance of the current e-leave database
  • Assist with the implementation of EuHReka e-leave module
  • Evaluate the impact of any new or changed applications to determine their effect on existing applications
  • Provide data analytics and reports to aid Managers & HRBPs to be more effective
  • Coordinate maintenance and development projects and provide technical support including problem diagnosis, analysis, and resolution for relevant HRIS tools
  • Develop, implement and present training programs for Human Resources staff to ensure appropriate and effective use of technology resources
  • Prepares training and resource materials and training manuals in coordination with various HR Teams
  • Makes sure that all local HRIS are compatible with the group HRIS

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (IT, Information Systems or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years’ HRIS experience, ideally with Oracle Fusion HCM. Experience in Cornerstone and Taleo will be added advantage.
  • Advanced data analysis skills, Ms Office including Ms Excel
  • Competency in VBA would be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of the latest developments in the HRIS industry
  • Effective English written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia as well.

  • Candidate open for employment on contract basis under agency
