Duties and Responsibilities

 

You will be involved on offshore and onshore projects in Petrochemical and Oil &Gas Sectors.

 

You have demonstrated a solid experience in both design and implementation of impressed current and sacrificial anode cathodic protection systems.

 

Your essential Duties will be to:

 

  • Write resistivity survey procedures and supervise on-site measurements

  • Propose cathodic protection philosophies

  • Write specifications for cathodic protection systems, materials and start-up (Pre-commissioning/Commissioning) procedures

  • Perform detailed design and issue documents such as Calculation Notes, Installation Standards, Cable Lits, General and detailed Layouts/Arrangement

  • Perform quantitative estimates for cathodic protection (Material Take Off)

  • Assist supply services in the procurement of cathodic protection services and equipment

 

During the bid phase, you will be in charge of the technical dossier and of the verification of the contract requirements.

 

You will develop, capitalize, consolidate and share know-how/knowledge of the Discipline.

 

Profile

 

Ten (10) years' minimum experience in the Petrochemical and/or Oil & Gas industries. Other relevant experience will be considered.

 

Qualified candidates must have as a minimum a BS degree in Materials/Electrical Engineering, or related field. Nace qualification or equivalent is preferable but not required.

 

Dynamic, autonomous, determined, with good communication skills, you can easily work in multicultural environments.

 

Fluent in English.

 

You are willing to travel occasionally in France and over the world.
