Duties and responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager of the Piping Material Section, you will be responsible of the consistence and the support of computerized piping material management tool used on projects.

As a member of existing team your main duties will be the following:

·      In charge of piping material management tool spreading in Operating Engineering Center of TechnipFMC Group, training and technical support the users on projects (mainly Oil and Gas sector),

·      Contribute to the security and reliability of information and data,

·      Validate the piping material codification rules applicable to the whole Group and maintain the catalogue

·      Imagine, propose and write tool improvement specification in collaboration with the discipline in interface and follow the development

·      Test and validate the new version

·      Extend and improve the documentation of reference (user manual, guide line,…)

To ensure a successful outcome of these activities, your main contacts will be with:

·      Project Engineers,

·      Technical engineering discipline

·      Other tool super users mobilized in different department or Operating Engineering Center

·      IT support team



With a master’s degree or equivalent, you have got ideally a previous experience in piping material and you have got a good knowledge in material. Autonomous, reliable, dynamic and open-mind, you have excellent communication skills and you are motivated by the opportunity to support projects in a worldwide Group. Fluent in English.

You are willing to travel occasionally in France and over the world.

You are a good writer, you can analyse and summarize, your decision-making and negotiation skills will ensure you successfully assume your responsibilities.
