REPORTING LINES AND INTERACTIONS

  • Hierarchically reports to : Section Manager  
  • Operationally reports to :  Team Lead
  • Key interactions (internally) :  Project team, Department team
  • Key interactions (externally) : Auditors (if require),Vendor

TYPICAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Current college/university bachelors or degree in the related field is preferred (Finance/Accounts/Human Resource Management, Business, Organizational Behavior, and/or Communications).
  • Effective time management with the ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to document and maintain accurate records.
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Excel and Access, Email.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • The successful candidates will be based in Menara Technip, Kuala Lumpur

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Finance/Accounts Intern

  • Verifying forex deals bank confirmation
  • Forex trade deals data input to Treasury software
  • Uploading weekly accounts payable information to Treasury software
  • Systematic filling for bank statements and related documents
  • Compiling internal bank debit notes for accounts payable processing
  • Compiling monthly Cash and Debt report from Treasury software
  • Preparation of credit worthiness checks for suppliers and clients
  • Updating bank guarantee/letter of credit records for internal tracking
  • Systematic filling for bank guarantee/letter of credit and related documents

HR/Business Intern

  • Coordinate preparation, facilities Talent Management, Recruitment and L&D programs.
  • Learn to know how to navigate Talent Management, Recruitment and L&D systems to assist and direct internal customers accordingly.
  • Providing all aspects of administrative support to the team.
  • Runs reports on Talent Management, Recruitment and L&D project and inputs/updates data as required.
  • Maintains filing.
