POSITION PURPOSE:
This analyst position is responsible for performing administrative duties revolving around our Enterprise Architecture program. Evaluating and categorizing software in the company application portfolio management system. Performing technical evaluation of software and systems. Updating our Enterprise architecture site with new information about technologies and functionalities.

POSITION DUTIES:
• Conducting analysis of software to determine distinguishing characteristics leveraging Excel and our inventory software
• Attend meetings with software stakeholders
• Assisting users support over the phone, remotely by use of software, and in person concerning software portfolio and EA site questions.
• Transferring and verifying user data during application inventory

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Pursuing a degree from an accredited university in Information Systems/Information Technology preferred with a 3.0 GPA and above.
• Flexible problem solving skills
• Analytical and detailed oriented
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize time
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and Office suites
• Knowledge of SharePoint preferred
• Intermediate understanding of application architectures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Spend 70% of the time in office temperature controlled environment, 30%of the time in shop area.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Frequent sitting and operation of computer with use of a keyboard, mouse, and terminal screen. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Frequent sitting and operating a PC. Periodic need to move to meeting rooms to located on TFMC offices to meet with colleagues and suppliers.
