Job description


Key Activities:


ERP IFS project named Jeevan, operating on IFS version 7.5 SP5 (+10000 users, +50 entities in Europe, Middle East, India,…).

Integration within the Paris Jeevan Core team made of Program Manager, Support Manager, PMO/Release Manager, Solution Stream Leads and IFS Senior Functional Consultants.

Main responsibilities:

Manage the local Jeevan GBS team, report the operations and functional activities performed by the team based in India, including but not limited to:

  • Ensure the quality of deliverables of the team under his/her responsibility 
  • Consolidate feedbacks and actions on the work produced by the team, suggest and implement global solutions to maintain and/or improve the processes covered by the ERP
  • Review/communicate with the relevant stakeholders - the evolution & priorities of the subjects under the team’s scope
  • Communicate with any relevant third-party stakeholders of the ERP when required
  • Escalate any situation to Jeevan Support and Program Manager when required on timely manners
  • Requirement to work out of hours on an ad-hoc basis
  • Communicate and report to Jeevan support manager and Jeevan manager

Main accountabilities:

  • Produce and monitor relevant KPIs for the team
  • Capacity to coordinate the delivery of the activities under the scope of the team
  • Capacity to al
  • Supported by Jeevan management, ensure that the set of tasks, targets, deliveries are defined.
  • Active contributor within his/her domain as functional expert, he/she contribute to Jeevan run and project activities (business requirement gathering and analysis, documentation, testing, …)
  • Point of escalation for service delivery provided by the team
  • Implement best practices in ERP service delivery
  • Understanding and compliance of Change/Release/Deployment functions
  • Liaise with the relevant members from Local/Regional L1 teams, L2/L3 Global support and other third parties team members
  • Other duties as directed by the Group Jeevan Support Manager.

You are meant for this job if you have/ are:

  • Significant team management experience
  • 10 years experienced with IFS ERP solution including including 5 years minimum in IFS 7.5 as Functional/Technical expert or related.
  • Good knowledge of IFS 7.5 overall core solution, design and configuration capabilities

Nice to have:

  • Project management experience
  • Experience of the “ITIL” framework
  • Service Delivery experience of an ERP
  • Knowledge on PowerBI
  • Experience working in a SOX Compliant organization
  • French or Italian speaking
