Qualification Requirement:

B.Sc. Engineering, 10 years minimum experience, 8 years in O&G, 5 years in related designation. 4 years experience in planning software like Primavera, MS Project etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare all reports to client standards and requirement. Maintain project schedules. Communicate with EPC Contractors the projects progress measurement systems. Flag/highlight any major delays/deviations from projects' baseline schedule and progress reporting.Attend/participate to various projects' progress meetings as may be necessary and at levels as decided by line manager. Review/verify EPC Contractor invoicing to ensure compliance with requirements of planning related clauses in the contract. Verify that progress claimed by EPC Contractor monthly invoicing is as per approved IPMS. Ensure that progress claimed by EPC Contractor is approved by authorized engineering, procurement, ad construction personnel according to recognized norms and procedures. Review/assess time impacts of adjustment orders and/or claims raised by EPC Contractor. Supervise the work of Planning/Scheduling Engineer when/as may be necessary. Complete any other tasks assigned to him/her by the line manager as may be necessary.
