MDM Admin Support 

Job description

•    Build a strong relationship with the users and MDM community through the support activity
•    Provide relevant activity and quality indicators
•    Provide documentation on the current application, coordinate and anticipate the new releases
•    Developing reports for teams across the business
•    Managing tickets and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
•    As part of the MDM Core Team, the main responsibilities are to support MDM for the following aspects: 
•    User Support (Access Request management, Incident management)
•    Functional Administration (Release note management, maintenance coordination with SCTS)
•    Data Quality (Vendor/customer create or update request, Master Data request, KPIs)
•    Change Management (communication on Yammer, training, animation of MDM administrator   communities, …)
•    No functional or technical knowledge is required
•    4000+ worldwide users to support.
•    Responsible for new Master Data or new integration of MDM with TechnipFMC applications
•    Knowledge transfer will be performed by internal resources 
•    Documentation and procedures already available

You are meant for this job if

•    Experince and exposure of any ERP like SAP, Oracle or IFS
•    Analytical and organization skills (variety of activities in a fast-paced environment)
•    Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
•    Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as required
•    Understanding of data and systems architecture in a heterogeneous ERP international environment
•    Service oriented mind, high results and quality orientation
•    Team work and Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
•    Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
•    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
•    Listening ability and patience
•    Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
•    Critical thinking skills
•    Change Management facilitation and ability to guide and influence acceptance of new processes and use of technology
•    Knowledge of Orchestra Networks EBX solution
•    Knowledge of TechnipFMC business activities and organization
•    Knowledge of international intercultural communication practices
