Payroll Operation Manager in People & Culture, TechnipFMC Kuala Lumpur
 
 
As Payroll Operation Manager, you will be managing and ensure proper management of all contractual, fiscal, insurance and social security formalities relating to personnel management (whether payroll or non -payroll) with the support Payroll team and selected IT tools.

  • Set the organization's pay structure and benefits offerings.
  • Determine competitive wage rates and develop or modify compensation plans.
  • Evaluate employee benefit policies to assess whether they are current, competitive and legalized.

  • Choose and manage outside partners such as benefits vendors and investment brokers 
  • Coordinate and supervise the work activities of specialists and support staff
  • Oversee the distribution of pay and benefits information to the organization’s employees
  • Ensure that pay and benefits plans comply with federal and state regulations
  • Prepare a program budget and keep operations within budget
 
You are meant for this job if
  • Possess Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
  • Excellent problem-solving critical thinking deductive reasoning inductive reasoning and analytical skills
  • Excellent ledership communication interpersonal and amnagement skills
  • Familiarity with labor legislation (EPF, SOCSO, Employment Act)
  • 5 or more years of compensation and benefits experience in roles or increasing responsibilities
