  JOB PURPOSE                                 

·         Solves unique and highly complex problems that have a broad impact on the business by leveraging professional experience and/or education.

·         Design and configure the SAP system to facilitate all financial system processes and transaction flows.

·         Work closely with other project team members to understand integration between Finance module and other SAP modules.

·         Guide the business users and peers in implementation of the new systems and processes.

·         Documents and delivers instructor led end user training.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES                          

Some of the accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Design, develop and deliver sustainable/scalable, global solutions that can be re-used and/or rolled out to other geographies.

·         Excellent Banking, Treasury and Derivative Accouting experience required.

·         Expertise in New General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting.

·         Strong Profit center Accounting experience required

·         Familiarity with Tax - Digital TAX reporting,  Withholding TAX calculation, strong TAXWARE experience, Avalara experience is nice to have.

·         Good understaning of Inter company processes - transfer pricing, etc.

·         Fixed Asset experience and its intergration with Project system is desirable.

·         Invoice scanning experience required in Accounts Payable area is also nice to have

·         Must have lead Project small scale to large scale projects as a functional lead.

·         Result Anaysis experience is nice to have

·         Good techno-functional experience is preferred -  strong ABAP code debugging skills, understing where to place user exist, BAdIs, etc.

·         Works independently with minimum guidance and well versed with best practices in SAP-specifically in a manufacturing environment.

·         Guides best practice adoption and authors quality deliverables.

·         Authors complex functional specifications and works closely with the technical teams and BI teams in addressing business requirements around reporting and/or custom functionality.

·         Develop financial conversion and cutover strategies.

·         Leads small teams and owns sub functions within finance from a design, development and support perspective.

·         Support a global business user base spread across Europe, Americas & APME.






The current assignment is a full time position with the following requirements:

·         A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, computer science, Finance or Business Administration.  Master’s degree preferred.

·         At least eight years of experience in designing, configuring, testing and implementing SAP solutions in a multi-currency environment across various geographies

·         Experience in at least three full lifecycle implementations in multiple SAP Finance

·         Ability to guide best practice adoption and author quality deliverables

·         Strong cross modular integration knowledge with MM, PP, SD, PS, HR, Payroll and BPC

·         Ability to support a global business user base spread across Europe, Americas & APME

·         Capability to solve unique and highly complex problems that have a broad impact on the business

·         Capability to document and deliver instructor led end user training,
