Job purpose:


Primarily responsible is an internal SAP consultancy role that has responsibility for investigating and identifying options for developing and improving business systems for the assigned functional area and new enhancement requests.


This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices for the assigned functional areas


Reporting lines and interactions:


Hierarchically reports to: SAP Enhancement Manager


Operationally reports to: SAP Enhancement Manager


Directly supervises: N/A




Key interactions (internally, externally):


Internally: ITBPs, BRPs, Functional MRs, SAP Managers, SAP end users


Externally: SAP Vendors & third party contractors




Job scope (budget, management, specific criteria):


Primary scope is the Global Function Unit (GBU).


Typical background and experience required:


Must have:

·         Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer systems design or computer science, and/or minimum 5+ years equivalent work experience.

·         5+ years direct experience in software support and systems management.

·         Direct, hands-on experience with SD/ CS/ PM project Management.

·         Hands on experience primarily in SAP Sales and Distribution module (SD). Strong experience in the core area of SD.

·         And secondarily in Customer Service (CS and Plant Maintenance (PM)

·         Strong knowledge of order to cash processes and its functions i.e. order management, pricing, shipping, transportation, availability check, credit management, determination procedures, intercompany billing, milestone billing and lump sum billing.

·         Strong knowledge of customer service processes i.e. in-house repair process, field service, adhoc service order processing, service notification processing, time management, expense management, confirmation, resource related billing.

·         strong expertise on user exits, EDI/idoc, RFC, BAPI and data migration tools.

·         Fully competent, experienced professional who works independently with minimal guidance.

·         Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.

·         Resolves wide range of issues or complex problems that occurs during enhancement or project delivery where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

·         Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods & techniques for obtaining solutions.

·         Uses advanced analytical, technical and problem solving skills to improve operations, products, services, processes or policies

·         Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.


Nice to have:

·         Energy Industry experience

·         Knowledge of TechnipFMC business activities and organization

·         Integration knowledge with other SAP modules such as MM, PS and etc

·         ABAP and SAP debugging


Main accountabilities:

Development Activities

·         Be individual contributors on Enhancement requests

·         Performing configuration

·         Interacting with the technical development teams

·         Monitoring activities for assigned contractors

Support Activities

·         Assist “SWAT” team on development challenges and urgent support tickets.

·         Perform support activities for assigned ticket

Job Responsibilities

·         Participate to establish the technical solution of the assigned enhancement requests to business processes and transaction flow.

·         Participate in testing activities whenever required.

·         Participate to recommendation and management of ongoing upgrades or improvements to existing applications to extend the benefits of previous projects

·         Demonstrate a proactive approach to mitigating risks, improving quality, and resolving issues as they occur.

·         Support and advice Process Owners in process and application improvements in coordination with Delivery & Enhancement Manager and BRM/BRP’s

·         Be up to date regarding current and future system capabilities for the assigned functional area

·         Contribute to specify, test and verify ERP related security.

Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have knowledge of working on Oracle Taleo atleast for 2-3 years ( Hands on knowledge)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Recruitment.
  • Minimum 2-3 year experience in oil and gas industries.
  • Must have experience in hiring for all Discipline Engineers in EPC contracting companies.
  • Posting and sourcing candidates through various Job sites, social networking sites etc.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.
  • Coordinating with the Technical Panels and scheduling for Interviews.
  • Technically sound knowledge.
  • Follow up on the feedbacks.
  • Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
  • Following up with the candidate after the offer is made
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to ensure data confidentiality
  • Good Excel and PPT skills
    Nice to have:
  • Master’s degree
  • Experience in working with internal Job portal – Taleo or similar portal
  • Offer Negotiating skills
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Works with Department Managers to forecast personnel needs and manpower planning.
  • Interviews candidates, administers tests, provides evaluation scores for each candidate and works out a dossier
  • Takes responsibility for advertising of open positions/selection of best medium for outside sourcing of personnel (e.g. the job boards and recruitment agencies)
  • Takes responsibility for internal job openings posting through the job portal.
  • Identifies competencies and shortlists CV’s in line with the job requirements.
  • Submits a shortlist of candidates to the Hiring Manager.
  • Maintains a database and contact with recruiting agencies
  • Issues specific reports related to enquiries and statistics related to recruitment
  • Gives support to Recruitment Manager in all recruitment related matters
  • Acts as a representative to outside organizations and professional bodies
  • Responsible for data integrity in HR systems
  • Executes recruitment policies and procedures aligned with local recruitment strategy
  • Organizes and attends relevant job fairs, promotes the business as employee of choice
