Subsea Distribution PDT manages the Global Hydraulic Connections for the major product lines of TechnipFMC. This SD PDT product group is responsible for defining and maintaining standard products, as well as development of associated supply chains that can meet aggressive delivery schedules. These product lines are responsible for managing the full product life-cycle; product inception to phase-out.

The Subsea Cluster Distribution PDT is charged with developing product and delivery strategies for Global Connection Hydraulic equipment for all TechnipFMC regions which includes executing per tendered schedules and budget.

Coordinates and plans the delivery of Subsea Distribution PDT to project teams in various global regions. Primarily responsible for the management and update of sales orders due dates, inventory accuracy, planned orders dates, schedules for deliveries, shortage report for product lines and rules for inventory consumption. 

• Maintains and updates MRP and sales orders due dates within SAP based on supply chain capacity and delivery requirements.
• Analyzes supply and demand of inventory and long‐lead item, and then makes decisions to progress delivery schedules.
• Manages inventory accuracy and takes appropriate actions to correct supply within SAP. Maintains, updates and/or adjusts inventory based on demand. Maintains and updates planned order dates.
• Ensures that the product status and progress are effectively communicated to the Product Delivery Team Manager (PDTM).
• Ensures that Delivery Plan / Sequence in Primavera (P6) is updated on a regular basis, based on input from Procurement, status updates from Engineering, progress in Manufacturing, MRP schedule alerts, and changing Project Requirements Critical Path Analysis Reporting for Product Plan / Sequence.
• Identifies risks and works with PDTM to mitigate and intervene on the product delivery.
• Assess Engineering Change Notice (ECN) and Quality Notification (QN) Changes related to the product delivery and coordinates with AE team and QC.
• Interfaces with the Master Scheduler and Primavera Scheduler/Analyst to ensure the detailed Product Delivery Schedules satisfies the Master Delivery Schedules, and alerts the Master Scheduler where this is not the case.
• Manages Exception messages for the responsible delivery product and ensures all master data and material analysis are performed.
• Works with PDTM and buyers to ensure that the supply chain strategies are aligned with the Delivery Team’s strategy and assists in mitigation of delivery risks.
• Confirms the demand in Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) (act as a planner/ buyer) for intercompany purchases.
• Performs material master analysis.
• Reviews the schedule of Planned Production Orders via COOIS Report over the short-to-medium term Planning Horizon (0 to 90 Days), for both Material Availability and in-house Production Capacity. Maintains shortage report for product lines.
• Works closely with PC planner to monitor progress of Assembly and Test for Product Delivery Team deliverables.
• Maintains planning hours for tendered projects.
• Influences and advocates through the organization, vertically and horizontally, to assure success of assigned scope.
• Recognizes contractual requirements and identifies schedule risk.
• Consults with other departmental functions such as engineering, procurement, and quality.
• Provides recommendation on prioritization and adjustment of due dates for projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
• At least three years’ experience in Project Planning, Operations, or Project Management with advanced skills at SAP. Super-user a plus.
• Strategic understanding of Project Planning and MRP.
• Intermediate skills using Primavera P6.
• Ability to analyze trends or deviations from standards and recommend creative and unique cross functional solutions. Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to recognize and solve functional issues and improve programs and/or processes.
