Responsibilities 
  •  Perform customer sales calls complete with call report defining actions required for close out of issues to tie in to marketing plans
  • Preparation of monthly comment letter containing marketing overview, financial performance, outstanding issues, competitor activities, etc..
  • Coordination as key point of contact for all outside engineering work being carried out in support of local customers.
  • Provide technical support and presentations to local operators. 
  • Maintain close relationship with local agents & manage key business decisions. 
  • Monitor new inquiries released from local operators, International Operators & Engineering Contractors. Always insure TechnipFMC is properly registered.
  • Participate in industry trade organizations
  • Identify and mutually agree upon training development classes with Production Systems Sales Manager ME. 
  • Coordinate sales efforts with other in-country personnel.
  • Liaison with engineering department & Product Groups to define Product & Systems offering.

Main Tasks

 

  • Gain knowledge and be pro-efficient in presenting the following products:

Separation Systems: Products & Packages

Pump Systems: Products and Packages

Safety & Control: WHCP, Choke Valves, Gate Valves, SSV’s, Integrated HIPPS packages. 

Integrated Well Site Packages

  • Generate monthly forecasting for Sales / service / rental business segments.
  • In Liaison with other Sales Managers, establish a Sales & Marketing Strategy.
  • Establish a complete understanding for how Production Systems products can be offered in a system and ensure clear presentations are carried out to all End Users & EPC Contractors.
  • Create strategies for all product lines to identify new products / systems required in order to grow the TechnipFMC Surface International business / market capital for the Middle East.
  • Participate in Technical & Commercial discussions with clients.
  • Provide regular update reports to management.
  • Attend customer meetings to support Sales & Development efforts.
  • Report competitor’s activities towards clients – awareness and protection of accounts.      
  • Provide action plan for new product introductions with follow up of engineering assistance and guidance for these products acceptances with local operators.
  • Expand marketing coverage to all active Operators & Pre-FEED/FEED/EPC Contractors in the ME.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Train TechnipFMC colleagues to ensure correct knowledge is available to identify opportunities.

Support Local Representatives by training as well as fulfilling business requirements in each respected country within the regionRequirements

  • Minimum 5 years sales management experience
  • Strong knowledge of production systems knowledge
  • Degree in business management, mechanical engineering or chemical engineering.
  • MS Office proficient
  • Ability to travel regionally

Work Environment

  • Travel throughout the ME region.
  • Regular meetings at client locations
  • Regular interface with other departments and Managers
  • Managing regular customer visits to manufacturing sites
