Project Manager

The Project Manager has a primary responsibility for overall performance management of drilling (WHD) and completions (FER) for customers after award of work. The PM will be perceived as a ‘customer first, our people always’ leader, behaving in a way that leaves the customer, the base, and support functions understanding our business priorities. This role will assist in the management, planning and  execution of resources required by our customers; acts as the central point of contact between Operations and Sales for gathering documents to meet customer requirements. The PM will be responsible for monitoring customer operations, organizing documentation, and data collection.  This person will be responsible for communicating customer demand schedules to Operations and ensure any MOC/VORs and/or SNs are executed accordingly. The PM will provide regular updates to Sales/Operations on customer project issues or concerns regarding internal deliveries of equipment and documentation.



·         Support Sales & Ops in daily tasks required for planning and execution of awarded work..

·         Participate in planning/S&OP processes ensuring assets, inventory, & human resources are planned

·         Manage multiple customers/rig activities and work side by side with sales & operations for successful completion

·         Conduct “Lessons Learned” collaboration events and drive continuous improvement on

·         subsequent projects

·         Attend Internal customer project update meetings

·         Delivering completed customer programs to Operations

·         Monitor SN’s for assigned customers to ensure timely closures and communications

·         BS Degree (or equivalent field or PM experience)

·         Ability to travel up to 50%

·         Proficient in use of computer based programs and communicating effectively through electronic correspondence.

·         Knowledge of oilfield equipment: regulatory, maintenance, recordkeeping, etc.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:  Primarily office environment but may require occasional work in outdoor and shop conditions that are wet/humid/cold; occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles and toxic/caustic chemicals and vibration when working in a field environment (15%).  Appropriate PPE is provided and required.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  Ability to adjust focus, see at a close distance & long distance, ability to identify and distinguish colors and to observe an area that can be seen up and down or left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point;  judge distances and spatial relationships and three dimensional vision; Standing, walking, sitting; ability to hear and talk; use of hands to manipulate fingers, handle and feel and use of arms to reach; Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling repetitively throughout work shift; lifting of up to, but no more than, 50 lbs; pulling, pushing. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
