At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won’t find anywhere else. We are looking for a Recruitment Officer (M/F) who can join multicultural team in Paris
Job description:
- Sourcing of candidates (internal search as priority, external also but more limited, qualification and prequalification of candidates)
- In a case of direct hire by JV – salary and contract conditions and negotiations (will concern mainly Russia)
- Initiation of mobilization process (request of necessary documents and coordination with Mob support and BA teams)
- Participation in staffing meetings with Yards (almost each day on a weekly basis)
- Contact with managers and Business Admin team (feedback for profiles, JDs update)
- Dashboard update with BA and construction team (recruiter should provide necessary info for update)
- Staffing follow up and reporting for internal share
- Job letters (be weekly)
- Job posting. Currently I have support of GBS India for that for 12 months, but recruiter should make follow up and regular screening and shortlist of CVs (few times per week)
- Social network posting (LinkedIn principally, internal postings on HR networks and our ALNG POP page)
Requirements:
- 3- 5 years’ experience as recruiter
- Fluent English is a must, other language (Russian in particularly as we will have many recruitments in Russia coming) is a plus
- Willing to work in a very dynamic environment and knows how to manage pressure
