- Team sell with Account Managers; Provide technical Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to secure orders for related products
- Develop working relationships with clients, working through Account Managers, interpreting their requirements
- Provide strategy input and ownership in directing product line to drive performance, investments, etc..
- Provide clients with technical solutions that best satisfies their needs for quality, price and delivery.
- Providing pre-sales demonstrations and product educations, plus after-sales support services
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
POSITION DUTIES:
- Liaise between Account Managers and Product Line Engineering
- Technical point of contact for technical and engineering team at key account’s
- Build working relationship with customer’s technical team as SME for TechnipFMC products
- Lead ongoing technical meetings and demonstrate how a product meet client’s needs
- Seek new product and service opportunities to fill gaps in our product offering
- Organize analysis of product markets, competitors and opportunities to drive strategy or growth
- Assist/Resolve product issues; technical, application, warranty and service
- Create value proposition and collateral for new products with R&D, BD and others
- Provide both pre- and after- sales support
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conference and other marketing activities
- Meet sales targets and coordinate sales projects
- Liaise with other sales team and technical experts
- Help in design of ETO (engineer to order products).
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 12-15 years of work related in upstream oil & gas industry experience required
- Excellent knowledge of product offering and services for Surface Americas
- Strong engineering/technical background
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Persuasive communicator/presenter
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent commercial skills
