Pivotal Job Title: Recruiter
Job purpose:
Ensures correct and timely staffing in accordance with Company needs
Reporting lines and interactions:
Hierarchically reports to: Recruitment Manager or HR Manager
Operationally reports to: Recruitment Manager or HR Manager
 
Key interactions
Internally: HR Team, Department Managers, Talent Managers
Externally: Universities, Recruitment Agencies
Profile:
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Recruitment.
  • Minimum 2-3-year experience in oil and gas industries.
  • Must have experience in hiring for all Discipline Engineers in EPC contracting companies.
  • Interviewing, questioning and listening skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to ensure data confidentiality
  • Good Excel and PPT skills
  • Reporting and communication skills
     
    Nice to have:
  • Master’s degree
  • Experience in working with internal Job portal – Taleo or similar portal
  • Offer Negotiating skills
     
    Main Accountabilities:
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Works with Department Managers to forecast personnel needs and manpower planning.
  • Interviews candidates, administers tests, provides evaluation scores for each candidate and works out a dossier
  • Takes responsibility for advertising of open positions/selection of best medium for outside sourcing of personnel (e.g. the job boards and recruitment agencies)
  • Takes responsibility for internal job openings posting through the job portal.
  • Identifies competencies and shortlists CV’s in line with the job requirements.
  • Submits a shortlist of candidates to the Hiring Manager.
  • Maintains a database and contact with recruiting agencies
  • Issues specific reports related to enquiries and statistics related to recruitment
  • Gives support to Recruitment Manager in all recruitment related matters
  • Acts as a representative to outside organizations and professional bodies
  • Responsible for data integrity in HR systems
  • Executes recruitment policies and procedures aligned with local recruitment strategy
  • Organizes and attends relevant job fairs, promotes the business as employee of choice
