Sr. Compensation Analyst

As our Sr. Compensation Analyst you will be a key resource helping design our global salary and our short term and long term incentive programs. 

Job description

  • Reports to the Global Compensation Director and assists with program design, analysis, budgeting and implementation of compensation programs.
  • Collaborates with Corporate Compensation and with Regional Compensation and Benefits on a variety of compensation projects, such as salary campaigns, budgeting, salary survey participation etc.
  • Helps administer the global annual compensation campaigns, such as salary & bonus campaigns, long term incentives etc.
  • Rolls out global compensation policies, such as budgeting, salary ranges, guidelines etc.
  • Maintains the senior management compensation database.
  • Manages the quarterly tracking of compensation KPI, such as tracking of salary spend, total compensation cost etc.
  • Works with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that HRIS software systems meets compensation needs and are updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
  • Provides guidance to HR business partners as needed.

You are meant for this job if

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the analysis of compensation programs.
  • Intermediate functionality of Excel spreadsheets (i.e. pivot tables etc)

Preferred Education and Experience

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or equivalent certified compensation accreditation
  • Advanced functionality of Excel spreadsheets (i.e. macros, pivot tables etc)
