Education & Experience
BTech/M.tech in related field preferred, or equivalent years’ experience.
Preffered: B.Tech and MBA
Generally, 4+ years of experience in field.
Job Knowledge
Beginning to be recognized as having thorough knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted internal business processes and procedures.
Participates in plan implementation. Independently works through individual projects and/or plays key role in broader projects.
Identify and solve functional issues and improve programs and/or processes in support of organizational business challenges.
Ability to recognize and make corrective recommendations regarding contractual requirements to ensure compliance.  Consults and helps others to recognize when to consult with other departmental functions.
Analyze trends or deviations from standards.
Technical and Problem Solving Skills
Strong computer proficiency with applicable software applications in related field.
Advanced analytical and problem solving. Beginning to utilize prevention skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail critical.
Ability to establish deadlines for self and manage priorities is critical.
Identifies compliance, regulatory and technical risks.  Assists in developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
Make recommendations related to project scope changes.  Gaining an understanding of the impact on other projects.
Interpersonal Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are critical.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment is critical.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and coaching, and respond appropriately.
Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts with ability to persuade and influence others as needed.
Prepare and deliver presentations.

Generally characterized as an "Independent Contributor" with ability to discover issues and recommend solutions to business problems uncovered during course of performing assignments.
Able to work independently on the more varied and complex tasks and/or functional leadership without direct supervision as needed.

Ensures cooperation and interaction across diverse stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization, often managing familiar and less challenging customers.
