Job description:

 

As Talent Management trainee, you will work in an international context within the HR Team of the RBU EMIA (Europe, Middle East, India, Africa) with the following assignments:

 

·    Managing and capturing all HR Projects and Initiatives for HR EMIA 2018/2019 proposing the best solutions to present and communicate the HR initiatives and the calendar

·    Supporting all HR and Talent Management activities and initiatives

·    Monitoring all data concerning the HR/TM processes at the RBU

·    Contributing to the definition of new models of organization of the HR RBU (HR Champions model)

·    Defining guidelines and presentations concerning the regional calls about HR/TM processes

·    Contributing to the HR communication through the internal social media

·    Supporting the HR communication to the local HR organizations at the RBU EMIA

 

This is not an exhaustive list: assignments can vary depending on the priorities of the HR and Talent Management team.

 

To complete those assignments, you will work in close collaboration with the EMIA Talent Management Team.

 

 

 You should apply if:

 

  • You are a student in a HR University/School or you are student in an IT or Business school and you like HR topics
  • You like to work and to be in contact with many people of different cultures (often remotely)
  • You like people but you are at the same time attracted by numbers and statistics
  • You are willing to learn and you are curious

 

 

Language(s):

 

You are fluent in English and in French. Any other language is an asset.

 

 

Soft skills:

  • Preferably, you are structured and organized as there are many different topics to handle at once
  • You have good communication skills
  • You are proactive
  • You are creative
  • Digital and agility define you well
  • You are a quick learner
  • You are customer oriented

 

 

Technical/IT skills:

  •  You are more than comfortable with Excel (you already heard about “vlookup” or “pivot table” or you know that it will be not complicate for you to learn how to use them), PPT, social media.
  • Some knowledge of PowerBI is an asset.
