Job description

Working within IT SSO Organisation, you will interact with both IT and Business stakeholders within whole TechnipFMC Group.

Activity scope includes TechnipFMC EDMS Suite (Standard and xDB): Portal, FDB, DDB, PDB, PDBc, VDB, VDBx, PDB / VDB Mailboxes, PCB, DRB, EAITL, Interfaces (xNotes, EPC, SPMat, CDB, Janus, and Third Party), PD360.


You will be responsible for : 

  •  Building EDMS Support Level 1 network in project mode (interview, skills analysis, scope of work, planning, reporting) 
  • Using TP Business Functional workflows to establish user test cases catalog.
  • Offering ongoing training, guidance and assistance to Regional EDMS Support Level 1.
  • Managing user manuals and training materials establishment (coordination and validation).
  • Gathering feedbacks and requests from Projects and Departments trough Regional EDMS Support Level 1. 
  • Analysing escalated issues, monitoring problem resolution, ensuring business best practices spread, checking IT configuration changes, requesting assistance to Support Level
  • Providing functional expertise to Support Level 3 (IT SSO Operational and Onshore/Offshore Development teams)
  •  Coordinating and confirming with the Project Teams and Regional EDMS Support Level 1 the requests for document bases creation & execution plan.
  •  Supporting Regional IT teams for EDMS Operations with regard to Domino and xDB Architecture.
You are meant for this job if you have: 
  • effective experience in Document Management in all segments of TechnipFMC Activities. 
  • capacity of managing several topics in parallel by demonstrating responsiveness.   
  • have coordination, analysis, communication and training skills
  • excellent IT Skills:
    • Lotus Notes Client and Debug mode
    • Domino Designer (formula, shared views, Lotus Script)
    • Domino Administrator (NAB, Log Analysis, Cluster mode, Documents Connexion, Replication, server console)
    • VBA Excel Macro and VB Scripts
    • Web Environment / HTML / Ext JavaScript Framework
    • VMWare and Storage
    • Citrix publication
    • Windows Servers 2003 to 2016
    • Active Directory
    • SharePoint
    • Adobe Acrobat Suite
    • Service Now Incidents/Changes tracking   
      • Short missions within several Operating Centres are expected.
